Prompt and accurate
The service is hassle free and the outcome has been 100% successful. Quarterly visits are scheduled automatically, and technicians are always on time and very courteous. The cost is a little higher than average, and I wish they had a price for external service only. Most importantly, we haven't had an ant infestation inside or outside since beginning the service and that's really the bottom line: their service works.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The technicians contact you confirming when they are on their way for your appointment. The technicians are very professional and expand the procedures they will be doing and what they are looking for. Prompt pick-up service when you call to report a rodent is in a trap.

The service has worked, we’ve seen significantly fewer spiders in the house and the customer service is always fantastic.
