We met the pest control technician when he was here working on our neighbors' condo. I asked him for his contact information, and so we called to have him come and deal with our horrible ant infestation. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgable -- How does it get any better than that? And the ants are 99.5% staying away from us now. Hooray!
