Everything just great
My husband and I have been going to John's Cyclery since 2019 when we purchased our Trek bikes. We have returned over the years for service, and have had nothing but the best treatment each time. Rich and the other employees are stellar in my book! I will always highly recommend the shop.

Being able to walk into a bike shop and get help with new bikes, used bikes and just a service of existing bikes. This is the shop our parents and grandparents parents talk about, one the customer service is thriving and will be missed once gone. Treasure it while we have it!

I just purchased a new Trek Dumane and went on my first ride yesterday. I love this bike! I asked Rich to configure my new bike just like my old bike - saddle position, etc. He nailed it. I didn’t have to make any adjustments at all. Rich walked me through my new bike, how to charge the battery for the electronic shifting, etc. I’m extremely happy with my new bike and the entire purchase process.
