Customer Testimonials
The coaches were great! They related with the girls very well and had great feedback on everything they did. The only thing I would change is that I'd like to see more in-depth classes/camps during the day for the summer. These classes were great to figure out if they like volleyball, but I'd be interested in a "next step class"
The program is a great introduction to organized team sports and is convenient for busy family life.
Fabulous coach, everyone gets to play and in different positions, minimal equipment required, fairly close to home, despite the consolidated locations (Snohomish --> Mill Creek).
The coaches from i9 are amazing
The one day a week practice/game is very nice
Everything! The coaches have been terrific. Even this time when my grandson’s team didn’t have a volunteer coach, the young man (I wish I knew his name) who is an I9 staff member and has been coaching, is just wonderful. I also think the organization’s philosophy is awesome. The players are taught sportsmanship, to be a good teammate and to enjoy playing the game not necessarily winning. I enjoy attending the games as much as Logan enjoys playing. Thanks for all you do to insure he learns more than just basketball skills.
Good
Well organized, appreciate practice and game are combined.
Coach Ashley is very knowledgeable and passionate and patient in helping my son develop his basketball skills
Fun competition, without stress and cost of competitive clubs.
Organization, family friendly environment, and facilities
Early morning time to avoid heat, Coach Simon is great with the kids!
The coaches! My son is very shy and he has done 2 sports now with i9 and the coaches are SO patient and so kind!!!
Specifically the coach Sean Coe is really great. He is an exceptional coach and great with the kids.
It is well run and creates a fun environment for the young kids to be a part of and learn the game.
The communication is wonderful. I like that all the kids get a medal for something specific that is talked about at each game not just a participation award. I like that the teams are focused on fun and learning and not competition.
We appreciate the balanced approach of both training and character development. Coaching staff is very patient and professional.
I9 is great because it has reached my son to work as a team with others.
Encouraging, friendly, nice coaches, and price.
I love that there is an equal opportunity for every child, no matter their skill level!
My son has completed numerous programs with i9 and we have enjoyed All of them!
I love the i9 programs. When my grandson came to live with me, I wasn't sure how I was going to be able to keep him active with him also having ADHD. I didn't know what programs were around anymore. I saw a sign by his elementary school and sign him up. He has done a soccer clinic and is now in the flag football clinic. The coaches are all very kind, calm, and understanding with all the kids. My grandson loves the programs and brags about what he did during that session to whom ever will listen.
Variety and availability throughout the year
Amazing experience
It gave my son a chance to play basketball during the summer
I like how the directors are hands in ensuring the teams and coaches have what they need for gameday.
Makes it fun and easy for someone who is joining for the 1st time.
The few times we’ve been there to support my little one has been pleasant. It’s clean and seems well mainted
The comradery of the families and watching the kids learn as they play

I like that the staff and volunteers take the time to explain things as they go.
