Each time I call for a refill, I get the most pleasant person at the office, and the service is prompt and efficient.

I love the online portal for bill-paying, refill requests, etc. A few kinks but I am sure next season it will be all worked out!!!

We made one call that our tanks were low, due to lots of guests and therefore higher usage this summer than our normal use profile would have shown.

And within a couple days our tanks had been filled. Plus DE fitted one of our tanks with a new level gage with (I presume by the looks of it) an integrated level transmitter/antenna that (probably?) uses our WiFi to allow DE to track our propane level remotely so we won't run too low.
