Expedient and thorough processing
I've closed with Ganek in the past and never had any issues, but this closing the communication was even better than before! The Buyer was unrepresented and I was just treating them as a customer, therefore there was more direct communication from Ganek and the Buyer. There was not point at which questions weren't answered very timely and everything was presented super clearly to all parties. Mark Seib was great with the closing and staying involved from the moment I sent over the binding contract. I look forward to another great closing experience in the future.
