Steve Golden took a good amount of time walking both the buyer and seller through their documents. The staff brought us tea and the entire office was so beautiful! It was quiet, stocked with anything you could possibly need and even had flowers ready for all the women when we were done. It was one of the nicest closings I have attended and I’ve been doing this for close to 22 years!
It was a very smooth closing. There was a request to have the seller sign at one time and the buyer to sign at another time. That request was granted. And I got to meet a new attorney, which was awesome, however, the managing attorney I had met at an earlier function. Their updates and their communication is Paramont. They even let me know that the wire was sent to my seller. I don’t believe I’ve ever had that. Thank you so much.
