Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful throughout the entire closing process. The staff was also very prompt in returning emails. I found the texts informing me of each new step that was completed to be quite helpful and informative.

Laura is Amazing!! She informed us about the reservation corridor after she reviewed the survey, and because of that, my clients get to change to another lot with no buffer in the back, so they can use their land with no issues and also don’t have to worry about resale value being impacted.
