Ganek went above and beyond. I had an out-of-state client who had the Settlement statement for two days, and waited until the very last hour to meet with a notary, sign, and FedEx out on a Friday afternoon, for a 10:00 Monday morning closing! It could have been a disaster, but they assured me everything would be fine, and it was. Attorney Laura Suggs was patient and explained all the details to the buyer. I was especially impressed with the abundance of additional information provided to the buyer after signing all their documents. I represented the Seller, and she was so impressed that she said, "When I purchase again, I want Ganek and Laura Suggs, specifically, to close her purchase." For me, the icing on the cake was that the pay at close was approved, but it was mistakenly not sent to Ganek. Laura said if my office would send it, she would process the checks. Within minutes, I had the checks. This saved me from an additional hour of driving time! The entire process from start to finish was handled with professionalism and care. I will certainly share this experience with my future clients and other Realtors.
