I have closed with Ganek for many years and they will continue to be my first choice for a closing attorney but this past Thursday, I was genuinely floored by the stellar customer service which lead me to this review. Peter truly went above and beyond to help close out a difficult transaction. There was a HELOC that needed to be paid off but the bank was unresponsive at best when trying to confirm the final amount. The Ganek team made countless attempts over multiple weeks to obtain the payoff with no success, on closing day Peter took the time out of his busy schedule to physically walk into the local branch just to get this sorted personally and we were able to close on time. I couldn’t be more thankful for Peter and the whole team who continuously impress me with every transaction I bring to the firm.
