Love the Alpharetta office of Ganek. I always know when I close with them everything will go smoothly. I'd close every deal here if I could! This deal was a bit complicated as it involved creating loan document for a father to loan his son the proceeds to buy the house. Despite being super detailed and a bit demanding, Steve handled this client is calm and a graciousness! I so appreciate you!

Ganek has fabulous friendly and professional staff. Michele at the front desk made us feel welcome and comfortable. As a Listing Realtor, Min was a great pre closer, and Kim was a very informative Closing Attorney. She educated everyone on the process and made closing fun. Michele brought in a Champagne toast and Kim confirmed all the money was wired. Gretchen has decorated the office so classy and provided drinks and snacks and everything needed down to reading glasses. So many great photo opportunities for posting and celebrating. Can’t recommend highly enough. 5 Star experience all around.
