Courteous, respectful staff. Not happy that damaged rim on front wheel drive van was not replaced with matching rim to mate. Also damaged tire was put back on with multiple weights causing hub cap to not lay flat on rim.... we did tell Kirmac where original tire and rim had locally been purchased from. No effort was made to replace tire as it seemed to hold air. Tire had popped off the badly damaged rim in accident... tow truck driver drove with crooked wheel and damaged rim off of gravel accident scene about 1/2 block and then up onto flat deck truck... not winches. Kirmac was aware of this.

Efficient, transparent, customer service
Service was excellent.
Car rental from Hertz was not good. They question me several times about not having a credit card. I don't have one. My partner used his for the rental. Was not clear on how or where to return the car. Very poor English. Would I recommend Hertz rental to some one NO
It was an easy process to drop my car off and just give them an ICBC claim number. Wally was fantastic at keeping me updated. Hyundai was terrible at delivering parts.
My experience with the staffs who attended me were so friendly, especially Vanessa at Front Desk, and John, the manager. He is the most friendly person i ever meet. They were so professional. They fixed my Tesla in a week . I recommend this place for everyone who wants a better job for their vehicle.
