Everything about my visit was stellar. I was greeted by the front desk staff as soon as I entered the building. The Outdoor pool was closed at first due to thunder so we went to the indoor pool until it reopened. The pool was very busy with Aqua Zumba and families. Life guards were on top of everything ensuring it was a safe environment for everyone. The Aqua Zumba instructor, I believe his name was Steve, was incredible to watch. I will definitely be back to take a class from him! The outdoor pool reopened and so we went out there. There were plenty of chairs to rest on and the lifeguard staff was very attentive to what was going on in the pool, especially the young man in the yellow bucket hat. He did a fantastic job supporting the rest of the staff and I felt safer as a result of seeing how seriously he and the staff take their jobs. Well done Jorgensen Staff.

The staff was excellent in trying to find Sheila's phone. We are happy to report that we found it. It was a black phone hidden in a black carpeted place under the passengers seat.
I like the walking track and the rowing machine.
My son loves the junior chef camp! The counselors make every day so fun for the kids and it's a great option for working parents or for kids who just want a fun summer! Having the outdoor pool is an awesome bonus for this camp.
My only suggestions for approval would be a weekly update email from the counselors to share what they are doing. We had them last year, but I have not received any this year.

Staff are friendly and kids enjoy playing with their friends. Sometimes there are negative experiences but it shows more about other parents and their children than the people running child watch. Kids need the experience both ways and overall highly recommend.
Our child has very much enjoyed every week which is what matters most to us.
My daughter loves the different camps that are available through the YMCA.
My daughter loves coming to camp. She loves seeing her friends and going in the pool. It definitely keeps her busy.
All of the counselors are excellent with the kids! They make the camp so much fun for my son!
Able to workout while my child is well taken care of in child watch. Then get to swim together afterwards.

I like the outdoor pool and the cleanliness of the facility. I’m glad you put a door on the shower in the pool area. Any chance you could put a hook on the door? It would help a lot.

It’s a clean and friendly place. Many opportunities for older people. Everyone is very helpful on your journey to wellness.

Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous and many families attend the Y which I like overall a great experience and I don’t live very far away from the facility so I really enjoy the workout I get

We enjoy using the outdoor pool. I just wish there was an outdoor clock.
My children and I enjoy the opportunity to use the facility. The different activities available are allowing us to enjoy this summer!
The classes I am currently taking have helped strengthen me to improve my running for 5K events.

It would be great if it was easier to come swim and shower before leaving. The single shower in the ladies room does not work well. Access to the main locker rooms without having to go all the way around to the front entrance would be ideal.
It’s clean and everyone is usually very friendly. One thing that could be improved is to get a bigger changing table for kids that need it in the child watch area. My 2 yr old pooped and the staff called me to come change his diaper in the middle of my workout simply because the changing table in the child watch area is too small. At other facilities, they’re always able to change my 2 yr old.
Friendy and helpful staff, good selection of activities for seniors, usually pretty clean (could be an area to imporve, but at present it is OK)
