We were sorry there was no staff / life guards available to have the outdoor pool slide open — When we were at the pool in the afternoon. Our grandkids were disappointed—

There are a lot of activities with a good range of times to choose from. We, my husband and I enjoy going to many of the water aerobics/Zumba classes. We also do the e-gym and walk the track upstairs. We have made many friends here and enjoy the instructors and all of the staff at the pool and thought out the whole Y.
Customer service
My wife and I have the 24/7 YMCA access. We went to the Jorgensen YMCA on a Sunday morning actually it was Sunday July 20th. My wife finds it easier to walk the inside trails instead of outside due to allergens etc in the air. When we got up to the track we were basically welcomed by Praise and Worship music because a church was having service in the gymnasium. It was so delightful, we were able to spend time together, work out, enjoy some awesome worship music and a sermon! All of this was while we were quietly walking up above them on the indoor track! WE LOVED IT! We will definitely try to do this more often especially on Sunday mornings at Jorgensen!

It is clean. Full of friendly kind people. It has everything I need for a workout.
I Like the variety of classes and the online info, especially the app that shows scheduled classes as well as canceled classes.
My request: Please do not change the schedule of classes without attendees input.

I love my instructor, Cindy, and I love the camaraderie of the silver sneakers and her other class participants. I trust Cindy has our best interests in mind as she has geared the classes appropriately for women in their 60s-80s. When substitutes come in they do a good job, but I can tell they are used to much younger participants. I never get sore after Cindy's classes, but I do have more energy, feel better and am getting toned. I can now get up off the floor without holding on to anything. This is the longest I've stayed in an exercise program in my life. I've encouraged many of my friends to check out the Y programs.

Welcome and friendly staff
We like the variety of options for working out. It would be nice if there were more fans around the exercise room and they were all turned on for comfort while exercising. Also the parking lots could use painting to mark out the spaces
Friendly and clean environment
A good community atmosphere. I have met many new friends during my daily workouts. They are now part of my social circle.
All of the class options there are, how most of the instructors have been very helpful in how they lead the class. Also how much is offered at the Y In general. So many options makes it easier for one to find something that suits them.

Clean and friendly
I've been a member of the YMCA for years, left for a few years and I am so glad to be back at the YMCA.
It's a very nice facility. I love the outdoor pool area as well as the indoor. I wish all the YMCA had the outdoor pool.
I would love to take the water aerobics class,like I did years ago, but I don't recognize in your program list.
Kids club is great for my kids! The facility is always clean and staff is very kind! Zumba class is my favorite thing- Shelley and Kelly make exercise so much fun!

They are open 24/7.
My daughter has been in the summer teen camp almost all summer. She say it is very enjoyable and fun. She likes the various outing programs planned each day for them. She say she enjoys the freedom of going to the mall with her friends. Car washing. Splash Parks and visiting the community, on a whole. It is a wonderful program. Thank you YMCA

I love the indoor pool. I am a senior citizen and I believe the Pool is a bit cold, and honestly it needs to be cleaned more. I get that the pool cleaner machine is broke. But I wish it were fixed. But I still like the place...
D'Quan ran a wonderful program. My daughter enjoyed her first experience with soccer.
So we went to the outside pool. We enjoy our time there and we appreciate all that Ymca does to make sure we have a safe visit. with that said the lifeguards and the rules are so extreme, and they blow the whistle for every little thing. It really takes away from the visit, and my kids are in fear constantly of being in trouble by the lifeguards. we saw people told not to touch certain walls, however brief. don’t stand on the white strip , kids not to put their hands on fountains . I have never visited a pool that had so many rules that didn’t have to do with general safety. I feel like signs posted that say keep off of these areas would be helpful instead of the lifeguards blowing their whistles constantly. Our 10 minute safety break stretched into almost 20 minutes. People are so used to hearing the whistleblower there that if there was an actual emergency, I don’t know how people would respond.

I love the egym equipment. I’m 64 years old and the egym machines are exactly what I need for every part of my body.
I’m gaining muscle which has helped me lose a little weight.
I have recommended the YMCA to many seniors my age.
