Great!
Love it here. However, the men's locker room needs cleaned - especially the floor. It needs a deep scrub, and more regular cleaning. Kind of gross.

Many excellent workout machines and exercise programs.
I like the atmosphere as it is pleasant. I can usually use the machines that I favor and can go into the stretching without being in someone's way. Of course, I love the coffee but usually get there too late.

We just joined the Y in early January and I can already say it’s changed our lives! Between regularly attending Silver Sneaker exercise classes and having a couple meetings with a fitness coach, it has helped us to be more active, more energetic, and overall feel great!
The staff is amazing! The variety of programs is wonderful! And the facility is well-maintained and offers so many workout options! Great place for exercise and enlarging my circle of friends and learning too!
Quality swim class that are small in size, fun and engaging! I love the progress reports that keep me informed on my child's progress and skills learned!

The instructions are top notch. They make the classes fun and challenging. I am enjoying meeting old fitness center friends and making new friends.
