I love the Jackson Lehman Y. It is always very clean, the staff are friendly; and it offers a lot of variety for working out.
I'm still very new to the Y, but the staff has been very helpful in helping me become more familiar with all of the benefits of being a member. They are also very encouraging in helping you meet your personal goals.

I has a hip replaced and arthritis in my back. Sitting in the warm pool and moving my legs and arms helped plot. My orthopedic Dr. recommended I continue the water therapy.

Child watch at JRL is THE BEST!!! every time i bring my child i am always delighted to know the staff enjoy my child almost as much as I do. As a first time dad my wife and i enjoy our time to bond through a good workout, and with the staff being as Caring and Responsible with my child it brings our new parent anxiety a relief to know caring and responsible people are taking care of our daughter! she is always returned with a smile on her face! cant stress enough about how great this child watch is with her!!!!
