I love my experience at the gym but it is a true inconvenience that I can't shower with my 24 hr access with my work schedule it limits the days I can work out because I don't have time to go home after my workout before I have to be at work

I attend the Balance Class each Tue & Thurs and walk the track. Everyone (staff & members) is friendly and helpful.

The training I receive from Lindsay Hawkins is the best. The staff is positive and upbeat and enjoy their jobs. They are helpful.

I love my Silver Sneakers leader ( Jodi). Everyone is friendly. And courteous. I really like the walking path upstairs I also use the small exercise area upstairs I use the elevated bench/table because I have trouble getting up and down from the floor.

Love it here. My requests are for more lap swim times, and longer free/lap swim times.
I would also note that the men's locker room needs a deep cleaning. Floors need scrubbed more often.
