It's a clean, friendly place to exercise. I use it as a "get up and get moving" motivational incentive. I used to get my exercise by working on outdoors projects. But now, after some health issues and getting older, it's easier to spend more on the couch. The Y provides me with "no excuses " to at least get up and walk a bit and burn some calories and loosen up some stiffening muscles. I don't go to the Y to build strength, but instead, to maintain stability and flexibility. It's a healthy place to go.
People are very friendly and helpful.
Any time of the day or night being able to find the time to get a work out in! Employees are real nice and helpful too!

Jodi Jones has helped me gain strength, balance and flexibility over the time she has worked with me. She is encouraging, personable and most of all knowledgeable in her role as a personal trainer. I am grateful to have the opportunity the Y provides for all types of physical activity but most appreciate working one on one with Jodi.
We love this Y! Both of us have had therapy at the Parkview Therapy Center and it was a great experience. We also like the pool and track, staff is friendly and helpful.
My home Y is Jackson R Lehman, and I also visit Parkview on Saturdays. Both facilities have everything I need and are always clean. The people working opening shift at the member service desk are the best of the best!
