I enjoy the YMCA. I have been walking for 3-4 years lots of laps around the track. For the F]first time watching this winter I watched my great nephew, who is 5 play basketball on Satuarday mornings. What fun to watch him, and I also planned by walking around the times of his games.

Great family atmosphere, friendly staff, and an overall pleasant experience. I just wish they could keep their steam room hot it always seems to fluctuate between temperatures.

I enjoy the classes and the pickleball courts even though there is some limitations with the courts. Julie is a very good instructor in the balance & stability class, Doug not so much. And it is relatively close to home which is New Haven.
The becoming a member process
Just a all around welcoming and good environment. Busy times can be hasslesome and the cleanliness of the suana and steam room definitely need better maintained. I've been coming here since 2017. I have never not enjoyed it. Aside from covid times lol

The facility is clean and airy. A wide variety of exercise venues means I don't get bored with my workouts. Friendly and helpful staff help me try new things. It' a real community gathering place for all ages.
Every time I go to any YMCA location in Fort Wayne, it’s always a warm, welcoming environment with safety and cleanliness as its top priority. What I like about YMCA are the free weights, sauna, hot tub/ whirlpool, warm pool, and the steam room. The YMCA always is a highlight of my day.
I especially like that my Medicare Advantage plan covers the cost of my membership. I also especially like the Balance and Stability class on Tues and Thurs mornings.
Friendly staff, Lee is always cheerful and helpful. He remembers names and greets people in and out. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, locker room, bathrooms and showers all are maintained well. I have met many people there and formed lasting friendships.
It would be nice to have more options for 8:00 and 9:00 classes. Also, more aquatics classes.
The yoga class was great, and the instructor was very kind, and welcoming! Will definitely be back!

Friendly, helpful employees
The Y is very clean and everyone is super friendly and helpful. We went early-ish afternoon and mainly walked the track and used the upstairsweights, when we left around 4:30 it was pretty busy in the area below with weight machines, bikes, treadmills etcs...
