The atmosphere is clean, bright, positive and full of activity. The membership and staff members are personable, knowledgeable, kind and caring. They go the extra mile to make someone feel welcomed and genuinely cared about. I really enjoyed the variety of equipment that were able to use. The personal trainers are exceptional my health, physically, emotionally and spiritually is so much better. I enjoy working out where all ages, ethnicities are represented.

We love the pool, ping pong, pool table, and now pickle ball classes. We do wish that there were tips on the pool stick though.

Childcare, pools, track, workout spaces.
The staff is very helpful and friendly, we love the upstairs track. The only thing that is missing is a bathroom upstairs.
I use the pool as much as I can. I wish it was open 24/7!
