The staff are very personable & warm. They make you feel welcome immediately upon entering. The class instructors are extremely accommodating to all abilities. I returned to Pilates, excited to see Julie was the instructor I had several years ago. She’s always been fun to follow in workout.

The people who work at the Central Y are helpful and friendly. The classes are varied and fun. The facilities include everything I need for my fitness journey. I am definitely a fan of the Aqua classes, especially Aqua Zumba, and the pool for lap swimming. The Y is my happy place!

Overall it’s a nice experience! But the Gym needs to be regulated more it’s always a lot of trash all over the place even though it’s a trash can located in there and it supposed to be no exception of eating in there!

I enjoy the Men’s wellness center; after a workout I can relax in the hot tub, steam room and sauna.
The area's were roomy, the walking trail is what I used and I walked for a hour and didn't Walk over anyone. Thanks
