Friendly attendants
Staff was very friendly. Parking was handy. What I saw was clean. Was just there to use the swimming pool for a swimming test before Rowing training.

Nice and clean
I like that this branch has a quiet place to relax in the whirlpool and steam room area.
Kate Black is an exceptional teacher for water exercises. She is always showing us and encouraging us to make adjustments to the exercises if we need to do so. The staff at the front desk have always been so kind and friendly. I live minutes away from Jorgensen but travel to downtown for my classes.
The facility has everything you need and the staff is helpful and friendly. Carrie Feipel is a gem!
The facility is kept clean and neat. The windows sparkle as they are regularly washed.
Dora, water Zumba instructor, is awesome. She smiles, pleasant and makes the class fun.
She starts and ends the class on time… to the second.
She choreographs the music to work all body parts.

Most personable staff and professional. Love their energy when I step into the Downtown Y.
The trainers, class leaders, front desk, maintenance staff - all are friendly and supportive. I am always greeted when I arrive and acknowledged when I leave. First class aqua instructors in Kate, Laurie, and Dora. They are knowledgeable and engaging. There is a community within the adult aqua classes - a wonderful atmosphere. Thanks also for the monthly adult luncheon and even the would-you-rather surveys in the front lobby.
I would give you a ten except some of the facilities are a bit worn. And there could be more showers in the women's locker room.
I'd let you share my name to promote the Y, but my son works there, so it seems a bit disingenuous.
I primarily use the pool for lap swimming, the pool and deck are kept clean and the staff is friendly. Locker rooms are generally kept clean as well.
Its close to home for myself & family.
Enough equipment/activities to keep all age groups of my family busy.
