The way you work with me on the billing of the propane I received. I’m on Disability and my income is not that high so it takes me a couple of months to pay my bill. Also I don’t know my delivery drivers name but he is great every time. Answers any questions I have and he is fast. I wish I I could remember his name.

We recently purchased a new home and although I couldn't set up my service on the day I called, I was given a breakdown of costs. I explained to the customer service rep, Linda that I hadn't closed on our house yet and that I would call back after we closed on Nov 25. We, I didn't have to call back. Linda made a note on my file to call me on Nov 25th and in the afternoon of Nov 25, I received a call to set up my propane service! The propane delivery was made the following Saturday and the following Monday, the service techs were at my house to service our gas logs! Linda's call to set up service was so welcomed as that was one phone call I didn't have to make! Thank you for making the purchase and service of our gas logs so easy!
