I gave a rating of 10 because of the office staff and technicians. They are the best people to work with. As far as the company goes, I have reservations are it may be about the website. We were getting low on gas in our tank which is monitored but it was at 10%. I tried unsuccessfully to schedule a delivery but could not as we are on the budget plan. I received a message to call or go to the office. I tried for several weeks and finally broke down and visited the office. It was taken care of promptly. Of course, the price had increased considerably from the time I tried to schedule a delivery. The great office staff took care of all our issues.

I like the fact that I can be on auto-fill and never have to worry about running low on propane. I also like the fact that they come when I call; even a week after Hurricane Helene ravaged our area, they were able to get to us to fill our tanks so our Generac would continue to run. Awesome company!
