When we were in great need after Hurricane Helene, they showed up to fill our tank at our residence after our generator turned off. So, so grateful.
Products are good and service is excellent. During the Hurricane Helane power outage, we were fortunate enough to have a generator attached to our propane tank but without propane, what good is it? We were unable to make sense of the vague and could not evaluate our situation. Worse, this was a regional problem. We were anxiousand call your office for help. Hour people did a great job. They assessed our situation, determined wehad plenty of propane, educated us on what your capabilities and got us the propane we needed several days later when we needed. We got everything without keeping higher priority customers waiting. A great job!
They are always friendly and reliable. During Hurricane Helena, they filled our tank as soon as they were allowed into the area to keep our generator going. I highly recommend Freeman Gas!

Customer service agent was very helpful in putting us on the fill up schedule as we are in the Lake Lure, NC area with no power, electricity except for our generator. We have been severely impacted bye tropical storm Helene.
