Always had great customer service from Freeman Gas but with the recent acquisition by Superior + had a less than stellar interaction with the new service. The manager heard about the issue and I am extremely pleased with the fact that he addressed my issue immediately and very satisfactorily. A few minor burps with the new organization but it seems they are more than happy to ensure there will no drop in service from what we had previously. Thank you for your immediate attention.
