Freeman Gas has been our propane provider for almost 30 years. Josh and Melissa are the backbone of Freeman and have gone so far over their pay grade to service and help customers in any and every way imaginable. They are not just a business ... they have become friends, and that is what makes a good company (particularly in a small town like Rutherfordton and Forest City, etc.) where good and bad news travels fast. All Freeman customers are hoping that signing on with a larger organization won't mean the end of this wonderful service and the personal touch that they bring to all of us. We don't know what we do without them !

We have auto-refill! Our tank has never run empty and when the drivers come to refill, they arrive, fill the tank and are gone! If it wasn’t for my ring doorbell I wouldn’t even know they had been here!!! Thank you for prompt and efficient service!!!

New website where I can order online is great. While I know you want us to use your website to pay, I prefer using bill pay through my bank. By the time I get the bill and tell my bank to make the payment it's past the 10 day window for the discount since you are not a business in the B of A system and they cannot issue you electronic payments. Fortunately this time I was home and got the bill from the driver and requested payment.
Freeman Gas has a great crew from the billing dept to the service people. They have always responded in a positive manner. We are very pleased with our ventless fireplace and all the effort that was done to install and teach us how to use.
We can call for a refill, and they respond quickly.
