The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful in getting my tank filled in a timely manner. I also appreciate the quick response by the person who filled the tank. Having your service (for as long as I can afford it), is critical to my survival, as when the grid goes down and I have no electricity, I will still be able to heat my house with my gas fireplace AND most importantly, cook on my gas stove to, at a minimum, boil water. Thank you all.
