New website where I can order online is great. While I know you want us to use your website to pay, I prefer using bill pay through my bank. By the time I get the bill and tell my bank to make the payment it's past the 10 day window for the discount since you are not a business in the B of A system and they cannot issue you electronic payments. Fortunately this time I was home and got the bill from the driver and requested payment.
Freeman Gas has a great crew from the billing dept to the service people. They have always responded in a positive manner. We are very pleased with our ventless fireplace and all the effort that was done to install and teach us how to use.
We can call for a refill, and they respond quickly.

I have been a Freeman Gas customer since 1998 and have had accounts at three different houses.
Melissa in the Rutherford office has always been very pleasant and helpful. Everyone in the Rutherford office has been good to work with but I don't remember everyone's name.
The delivery driver is fairly new. I think he has made my deliveries about four times now. I have met him on a couple of the deliveries and he is very personable and conscientious. Meeting and chatting with him while he filled my tank was a pleasure.
