Good front desk people
Sometime space in Poole 1 gets full, class will begin and there are people that show up late which is very disruptive and space is hard enough and sometime people are to close to each other. I understand that some people may not be able to arrive on time due to certain circumstances, but I can say it is normally the same people.
I love how clean the facility is and the diversity of the various group classes

The Y is a great place to work out, get expert training for a really good price, and come enjoy the pool with family and friends.
Friendly, has everything I need, not too far from my home, and affordable. Clean and well-maintained. Very glad I signed up, and I'm a regular.

I love the open floor plan and availability of equipment. Would love to see the Y get an additional rower since there is only one and one of the main reasons I come to the Y instead of complete at-home/Peloton workouts.
