I would like to add that we desperately need a new weight rack/lighter weights/dumbbells in the red room. The ones that are in there now are showing their age and there is never enough.
Stability balls would be a great alternative to the heavy bulky chairs.

The staff at the YMCA is top notch. Trudy is the best and is an inspiration. In the morning, Mike and Steve are a fantastic representation at the front desk.
Sarah P has a wonderful Gentle Yoga class at 6:30AM on Monday and Wednesday. It is a gift I try to give myself every week whenever possible! Thank you Sarah‼️♥️
Friendly staff
Staff are friendly and upbeat. The Thrive classes I've begun taking are exactly what I need - 45 minutes of nonstop movement with exercises that are not overly difficult. I love that the gym area is spacious with windows and lots of natural light. Seeing that LGBTQ+ persons are respected tells me that everyone is welcome here.

I love it!
It provides a cornucopia of equipment to get in shape. The Y has babysitting opportunities. It's best function is that it encourages all people regardless of race, sex, national origin, to interact in a positive Christian way.
Janine is such a great instructor! I really enjoy her Tuesday evening strength class.
I really enjoy Emily's Sunday afternoon Yoga: Vinyasa Flow class. It is a great workout and she is a great instructor!
I really enjoy swimming in the heated outdoor pool. There have been times when there is quite a bit of debris in the pool.
it is a beautiful facility and so much space for individual weight training - without the machines! Love the windows and very friendly staff.
