It's cozy
It’s small, but never crowded, at least during the day.
It's always clean and everything is working. I wish at the front desk they had vitamin scriptures in a jar like some other Y's do. Some Y's have a jar of bible scriptures on a piece of paper and guests just take one. I highly recommend that and it also uphold and encompasses the Y's mission.
The yoga classes we attended were great. The people were so friendly.

Spacious. Fairly clean. Nice big group class room. Only downfall is parking when soccer or basketball is taking place.
Ample parking, nice size group fitness room. Locker room appeared clean and although I didn't use the steam room and sauna I love that they are operational. Just wish that this location has a pool!

Lakewood is the perfect balance of amenities and size for me. It's never unbearably crowded, no one is fighting over equipment, and there's enough space in class where I'm not tripping over someone else's limbs. Everyone is friendly, encouraging, and happy. I love Lakewood being my home club. I wish there was a 5:30 class every day to go to! My favorite day of the week is Wednesday when I can go to kickboxing with Anthony. Thank you to all the staff who make Lakewood's cheery atmosphere seem effortless. Your hard work is not unnoticed!

Convenience
My daughter loves coming here and the counselors that work there now are so sweet and helpful.
Ebony has been a breath of fresh air and I can’t brag in her enough. Prior to her coming, the counselors that answered the phones seemed absolutely miserable but Ebony is always friendly and full of energy. My son has noticed the change too and seems much happier.
