A happy supporting greeting at the front desk when I arrive at 5am is fantastic! Trish does an incredible job! She takes the time to assist and follow through with all tasks given to her. More importantly she takes the time to care about each individual coming in and checking in with either him or her to try and make his or her day meaningful and valued.
I also appreciate the supportive inspirational conversations I have with women in water aerobics class on the weekends and in the pool during the week. The engaging family that has bonded in the class since COVID has fostered healthy mental health as well as physical health. Priceless friendships and community have formed!

Nice that everything is working, but mens’ steam room is turned up too hot. It is constantly running and much hotter than I recall.

What I like about AE Finley is the variety of classes, the great instructors and the positive welcoming environment. Overall just a lovely place to exercise
I think it’s great for beginner levels sports! I love the fact that scores are not kept. I think more assistance for coaches on how to build players skills would be helpful. For example; what drills to do, skills to focus on.

Classes and instructors are great. Staff is extremely friendly. Facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
Concerns: Signing up for classes is not always easy - often blocked out of online entry. Guest fees are a little high - really discourages you from bringing a guest.

Phenomenal Staff
I love my Wednesday 9:15am cycle, Thursday mile run on the treadmill, and Friday pilates 10:45am class. I also love the sauna. The people are not so bad either. :)
Overall quality of the facility AND the personality of the staff I interact.
It's convenient to where I live and has everything I need in the way of exercise classes and equipment . The classes are amazing. I LOVE the Water Aerobics classes especially with Marianne B. I had her as a one on one trainer in both the gym and in the pool and she was very helpful and attentive to my needs.

I tell people all the time about the water fitness classes/pools, classes and equipment there is such variety you can find something your looking for.
We have been members since 1989. Staff is great - always friendly and helpful. Class instructors are good at motivating and pushing the participants. We joined when the building opened in 1989. Our kids were involved in the Y sports programs when they were young .

The community.
It was our 6 year old daughter’s first experience with basketball and she and our family wouldn’t have been happier with coach Ben and our experience on the “Suns” team! She had a blast and can wait to sign up again .
