bothersome issue: people sitting on machines on 3rd floor on their phones....I wish they would step away from the machines when using their phone.
There is plenty of room for all different types of workouts. The staff is helpful and readily available.

Facility is clean, spacious, and well equipped. The staff is great. Plenty of weights, machines and cardio equipment. Overall it is a great gym.

It was my first visit, and with a friend. We went to a Thrive class (Mark) It was an excellent class. The front desk was helpful also. We also had guidance at the pool for scheduling. Overall staff is excellent.
