Great customer service. Very thorough with explaining anything/everything about the bike which was appreciated. As a customer and not a bike expert - you don’t know what you don’t know. The manager of the shop is knowledgeable as the result of over forty years of experience. He has been working on bicycles for a very long time. He does not sell any used bicycles. He says he is unable to guarantee a used bicycle, because, among other things, he does not know the real history of any used bicycle.
The friendliest bike shop to do business. They give expert guidance and make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. I now have a great bike!
