Cycle-Fit is the only bike shop I will ever go to purchase a bike, repair a bike or just to chat about biking. Ray helped me pick out my new e-bike. He is so knowledgeable about all bikes and was a great help in answering all my questions. It's obvious that he has alot of experience as a biker and knowing the needs of a particular customer. He provided all kinds of really helpful information and tips that I didn't even know I needed to know.
I travel from New Jersey to this bike shop because it is the best around. I highly recommend this shop and Ray. I'll be sending all my friends and family there for their biking needs.

This is the review I put in Google:
It's easy to feel down about the world and how people treat each other. Then my teenager's bike (his only form of transportation) breaks and we rush to Cycle - Fit right before they are about to close on Super Bowl Sunday. I'm thinking, "It's going to be days before he sees his bike again. How will he get around?" Ryan comes right over and starts to analyze the situation. You can tell he really wants to help. RJ is at the desk working on something else but he starts asking questions. In other words: they care. They are not rushing to leave. Their plan is to fix this bike tonight. And they did. RJ comes over and in one lookover realizes that my son made a grave mistake when he put the bike together. He fixes that and other weakness on the bike, so that my son is able to go back on the street safely. Utterly competent, generous and kind. I left feeling better about the world.
