Greg took the time to understand the issues I was having, talked me through what he was checking and the fix, and even helped give me some tips and help adjust my bike to be more comfortable. I've been planning to get a second bike, and he took the time to understand what I wanted, talk to me about what might be the best fit for me, and show me my options. I ended up ordering a new bike here that I'm confident will be a great fit for me, and I can't wait to get it. I've already recommended this place to friends and fully intend to be coming back regularly!
