Everyone at Cycle-Fit is helpful and extremely knowledgable. I have bought bikes here for kids and adults and had bikes serviced here, I am always happy with the service. Greg goes the extra mile to make a bike exactly what you want and need.

What I like most about Cycle Fit is the sales tactic. You usually get bombarded when you walk into somewhere with sales pitches. Not here, you definitely get bombarded no doubt but you are getting information. A lot of information. They are not interested in "just a sale" they want you to have knowledge and be comfortable with your purchase. If you hate big retail and like the nostalgic feeling of a good old time "mom and pop" shop this is your place. In the time I was in the store I literally watched them do a quick adjustment to a bike at no charge. Undeniably hands down the best bike shop around. Keep up the great work guys you haven't been there for 30 years for nothing.

I was desperate to have a local service provider as I explored E-Bikes, so I was excited to see that Cycle-Fit carried what I was looking for! It boosted my confidence to venture into that “unknown” territory and I gave thrilled with their expertise and assistance! Even decided to get my wife one. I have purchased 3 generations of bikes from my local shop, but they were limited in options and no E-Bikes. I haven't been disappointed and while-heartedly recommend to everyone! If not for E-Bikes, I would not still be riding and absolutely enjoy my new bike.

The BEST! These guys are super knowledgeable and the customer service is great. My son saved up for an SE bike and we had a great experience purchasing here with Ray. He really went above and beyond to make sure we got the right bike for him. This place is almost an hour from us but I would 100% drive back there for our next bike purchase

Anytime I have been in for service or just to look, and there have been lots of times. Everyone has gone out of their way to answer questions, and just generally be helpful even on the days I was just looking.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of Finally pulling the trigger and buying a new bike! Ray was the perfect fit. He was able to figure out my needs from wants and blend them into a bike that will serve me now and into the coming years. I could not be happier !!

We were super pleased with our specialist, who was great with our son, made him comfortable, gave us all tips on learning to ride, and helped us choose the right bike. And after only a couple hours of riding using thosw tips, our son is already off on his own!

Great consultation on help with my bike choice. Staff put the bike in my car for me. They offered a free bike check within 30 days of purchase. Would definitely buy from there again.

They'll happily spend an hour or more with you, after the sale, just to make sure you understand everything about what you purchased. They provide help to new cyclists. I've been there many times before; their approach to dealing with people is far far far above anything I have ever experienced anywhere else.
