I bought my first Trek Bike 18 years ago and I decided to upgrade it recently for a new Trek Domane. Greg sold me my first Trek and was there to educate me on all of the changes and helped me understand the difference and benefits between an aluminum frame and a carbon fiber frame. He then spent the time to help find the color that I wanted while holding the last model for me until he could confirm the bike I wanted was available. I was promptly informed when the bike arrived and Ray assisted me with the accessories I needed and get the bike properly fitted. It was an all-around positive experience. I would recommend Cycle Fit to anyone considering a new bike.
Greg was fantastic at listening to my needs and explaining the mechanical details in a language that I understood. Greg took time to customize the new bike for me right there while I was in the shop. It really is amazing the difference little things such as a seat or a different handlebar can make. Come here for professional service, plan to spend a couple hours. I cannot speak for the younger guys in the shop, but can tell you, Greg is top notch!

We had great service. The young man who helped us was ver knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were able to test ride the bike I wanted. I couldn’t find one the was good for my height since I’m short. It was quick, easy and painless and I purchased a new bike with a cute bell with a margarita glass on it.

The manager of the shop is knowledgeable as the result of over forty years of experience. He has been working on bicycles for a very long time. He does not sell any used bicycles. He says he is unable to guarantee a used bicycle, because, among other things, he does not know the real history of any used bicycle.
