The Y offers a variety of exercise classes - there's something for everyone. The instructors are great. One of my favorites is Angie - she gives a great class and makes it fun. The indoor/outdoor lap pool is wonderful.
I enjoy the friendly staff (Mona) and (Alon) who greet us and call us by name. I enjoy my deep water aerobics classes Mon-Thurs. The instructors are great, especially, Alicia. There are many class options.
I like the family feeling of the YMCA, how friends made are friends for the long haul, even when you are away from the Y for a while. Too, the degree of encouragement offered by the professional staff there is much appreciated. When the accidents of life bring you down, the staff at the YMCA, from front desk and custodial to the training staff are there to lift you up. I could not ask for more.

I am new to the YMCA. The facility is wonderful. I have attended several classes. The instructor are very motivating with high energy.
I so enjoy the family pool which is warm and the depth of the pool l for exercising.
I would like the family pool to be open earlier in the morning. I would like to go to the YMCA at 5am when it opens, attend a 515am class. Then go to the family pool to finish my morning routine. The family pool does not open until 7am........ Would it be possible to open the family pool earlier??? I would love that
