I love the swim programs and the youth leadership. My only complaint is how cold the dressing rooms are and that in the afternoons, the swim team folks continue to open the side door making it cold for the swimmers.

Great staff. Low pressure atmosphere where I feel comfortable. Love all the options for classes and the opportunity to take Women On Weights. Mia, Marissa, Wendy and Angie are amazing! I love that I get so much for what I pay.

The NIR Y offers so many great classes, times, and instructors. I love the pool and especially the water aerobics classes. Appreciate the temperature of the water- not cold! Overall it’s a great gym, with spacious locker rooms that are kept very clean, with friendly staff.

I love walking in and seeing the DIVERSITY of people....coming to the Y for so many different reasons. In this day and age, it's comforting to know how INCLUSIVE the Y is.

Locker rooms are nice with plenty of options for private changing. Nice showers. Clean.
Two pools provide plenty of options. Great variety of classes and programs. Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent swim program with outstanding coaches.
The facility is very clean. Everyone is so friendly. I have met so many nice people. The classes are challenging but also fun. I look forward to seeing Allon each visit. It has been a very good experience for me.
The facility has a lot of activities for people of all ages to improve their health. You also have
people to help them with these activities.
I instructors are excellent. Enjoy the Lite classes. It is a fun and exciting place to visit. I'm so glad I joined. Not many places offer later into morning which I prefer since I am a late riser.

I’m very pleased with this gym; it’s starting to feel like a reliable place for my fitness journey. The staff is fantastic. However, the presence of roaches in the sauna is the only downside preventing me from giving it a perfect rating. They tend to linger around the edges of the door, and today, one made its way deeper inside annd crawled right up another lady in the room. Unfortunately, I’ve also noticed them in the lockers. A thorough cleaning and extermination are definitely needed. The buildup of dirt on the sauna door is quite alarming and seems to have accumulated over the years, but I believe a good bleaching could resolve that issue.

The atmosphere is so very friendly. The equipment is so very nice, however, I love the staff.Very nice experience.
Love having access to childcare to work out! The kids are having a blast and I am getting to take care of me! Weights and cardio section are great.
I wish the childcare staff and swim instructors were a bit more friendly. Staff sometimes seems miserable :(
