Wonderful people at child watch and instructors. I love Zumba class with Darguin on Friday afternoon.
The atmosphere is very friendly. I go at 5 am to swim and Mona is always there to greet us with a “Good morning”. And you know she really means it. She always tells us “ have a good day”. At the end of our workouts and it gets the whole day off to a great start. You should give her a raise. The lifeguards are also really friendly and the other swimmers are also. It’s just a great experience swimming at the Y

I'm a group exercise person. The classes are diverse and there are so many options and times. Good for ALL ages. I leave there feeling stronger and happier than when I arrived. It's a happy place.
