It's a friendly place. There are people of all ages -- seniors, little kids, families -- and people of all different backgrounds. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym has a great selection of machines. The pool, with its glass walls and partially see-through roof, makes you feel almost like you're swimming outdoors. And the water temperature in the pool is almost always just right.
Nice people!

Excellent instructors!
No sign up for classes!
To many members not following rules. Speakerphone conversations. Zoom chats. Videotaping. No one wipes down equipment anymore. You get the idea.

The various activities available to all ages members
Great classes
Life guarding course should not take up any lanes during lap swim. It is busy and crowded during these times due to the small size of the pool as it is.
Please add a balance class for seniors.
All the staff is so pleasant as soon as you walk in. I have used 3 different trainers and their expertise on what works has helped me especially recovery from injuries.
I am a member of Shoreline in Guilford, but I visit Woodruff sometimes for a change of pace and the pool is usually quieter (and i LIke it is warmer!)
