I like the variety of equipment and class offerings. The atmosphere is very welcoming and staff are helpful. I do miss Ai Ling's Barre class!! And Wish the Y would consider adding NIA classes.

The group exercise classes are what I utilize at the Y.
Mostly my experience has been great. I think the instructors there are terrific--especially Kathy and Barry.
I really like the new Hydromassage chair but the other chain, (IMO) isn;t worth it.

Silverdale facility has everything you need and it’s employees are the best
Many variations of exercise machines to use. They also added more stairmaster machines, making it now 5 total and new models, so that way there's less wait time if someone wants to use them. Also the facility is kept generally clean, so that's a plus as well.
The music played by the pool . Family friendly atmosphere and everything is clean. The staff are friendly and obviously professional.

Mostly the immense benefit it is to community above and beyond an easy place to get added physical exercise as that alone is too expensive for most senior citizens on retirement income
only. SO, I emphasize the community benefit in kids programs and keeping them interacting & active above setting with devices. In the long run a blessing to all and some extra
exercise/movement for me.
Great swim pool !!! But water aerobics need to finish within their allotted time.
Why not oprn a small bistro? It'll make thr Y money!

This Y has a vast variety of sports activities and an equal amount of heath focused activities as well!!
I love the Aquatic Center, especially the lap pool and sauna. I also really appreciate the clean, spacious locker room and the friendly staff throughout the facility.
I like the fact that I can always find an available piece of equipment to work on and that there are so many options to get the exercise that I need.
