Friendly staff, clean, equipment kept n good repair, pool, sauna, and steam spa. classes, running track & good access to variety of cardio equipment.
They work with the seniors when we ask to use the coffee room upstairs for our get togethers. They help us with the tables and chairs too and bring them up when we are missing some for our group. We are allowed to hold a canasts card game group which is open to all now and it is advertised.

Chair yoga taught by Jim has turned my life around. I soon added water walking two days a week. Feeling much better.
Is it possible to add another chair yoga on Monday? With Jim? Really needing more that I can do at my level of ability..First name removed

It’s important to me that I have quality childcare while I work out. This is why I choose the YMCA. The facility is always clean, the equipment works for the most part and there’s a variety of equipment to choose from. I have no complaints at this time.
