Excellent customer service
I have been a member for over 40 years and I love the community of people that the Y supports; the openness to all. I especially enjoy seeing people of all colors and backgrounds; it is a great melting pot. The equipment is great and all rooms always clean and very comfortable. My only request is that the Y stay open longer on Sundays....I go to church Sunday and it really doesn't allow enough time for me to come and exercise on one of the days that I would enjoy it the most. Just two more hours would make a big difference....please consider extending hours on Sunday a bit. Thanks. Dennis Johnson
Great instructors for classes
As a late in life athlete ( sprinter) l appreciate the support and enthusiasm of the Morgan Family YMCA staff. They whole heartedly appreciate the efforts of my racing journey with longtime Y member Marcus Chambers , my track coach. It is also an honor to be selected to promote the Y as Marcus and l were filmed as part of a Y People video.

I have been part of the Y system for 65 years. Currently I attend the downtown Y because of the lack of children and concerns for potential illness. Morgan is long overdue for a makeover and if Sumner was closer I would be attending their Y. The Y offers a variety to all that choose this direction. Let’s break ground and get that new energy going again like when the Morgan Y was first opened years ago. Good wishes.

I really enjoy all of the equipment and variety of classes. The sauna is wonderful, as long as it is working. Very community! The only thing I do not like is the difficulty getting into the pool. Always crowded when I'm there. Some swimmers do not share the lanes either.
Ymca opened the doors for me in different ways. They allowed me to comeback to my old membership after 3 years of inactivity due to Covid-19, also due to my short budget as consequence of unemployment. I had a chance to meet personal of management to expose my case (illness condition and low income) and they helped me with this part providing me a low cost membership. The assistance and interaction with them was really nice, creating a new hope for me in order to recover my physical and mental strength.I feel very thankful with The Y 😊❤️🙏

I love it. My son loves it. The staff is great and cheerful and friendly. I love the environment and all the activities they have. I could trust leaving my child there all day. The hours are great. It's just a really great program and my son always has so much fun.
I love that I can take my child to do different activities like swim lessons and gymnastics. They have the kids zone which he loves and they also offer kids night out which gives us parents a night to ourselves for a few hours, plus the kids love it. Morgan family YMCA has an amazing staff that are always friendly and polite and greets us with kindness. Jonathan always greets us with a smile and he even took the time to memorize our names which means a lot. I absolutely love their hip hop Zumba ran by Nichole and Shakira thru Commit Dance. I enrolled my son at the summer camp which has fun and energetic staff and always listens when we have something to say. The camp employees are always friendly and smiling. I'm always happy to drop my son off because I know he's in good hands. All in all I feel like I'm part of the family and I enjoy spending my time at Morgan Family YMCA.

The hours (all day) are perfect for working parents. The staff are great! There is a lot of freedom to just play. And my kid comes home dirty and exhausted at the end of the day.

The Y is a very safe environment for all that enter thru the doors. From young to old , everyone is greeted as we enter and as we leave usually an employee will ask how our work out was. There are so many classes to choose from fitness to zoom classes that educate us in different areas. I have taken classes on the importance of “power of attorneys, need for wills, etc etc. There are accessible exercise classes through the computers too. I really enjoy the live gym classes taught at the Y. They teach me so many different ways to stay fit-. There is such a sense of community. I love the Y!
Convenient location. Friendly people work there. I enjoy the instructors, and the people in the classes I attend. The Morgan Y helps me to stay as healthy as possible. My mom and I have both enjoyed going to the Y. She died at 102 and four months of age. Her Y classes definitely helped her and kept her going. One of her mottos, Just keep moving.
