I enjoy the Family atmosphere and acceptance. It seems there’s a welcoming of dialogue and perspective/goals. Three years I walked in with a simple goal a cardiovascular exercise. Now, after we retire, and find king as well. Probably something changed in me to allow me to slow down and treasure friendship.
The location is convenient for us, the weight room equipment is new, and I enjoy the group exercise class I take. I do wish the facility could synchronize all the clocks, though.
Trainers, front desks are warm , friendly, knowledgeable . Work t make each of our training sessions fun and challengng. Listen to questions and help everyone improve.

Class options
Love all of the dance fitness and COMMIT options! Shekera is my favorite instructor and I always look forward to her classes. I would love to see a line dancing class added to class options. I know Shekera would be an amazing instructor for it!
