I started consistently going to the Y when I retired. I was overweight and not motivated. I met my trainer, Analisha from the Southwest branch in Goodyear, AZ. With her instruction and training, I lost thirty pounds. Most importantly, Analisha incorporated weight training in my workouts. It is three years later and besides losing thirty pounds I am making headway with my osteoporosis.
Everyone is so nice. If I have any questions, any member of the staff is always there to help me. Every day is a good experience at the Y.
