My teenage daughter loves the program- the only complaint would be that it's to hot for outside fieldtrips (like to the park)- she did not enjoy those days at all.

The staff are very professional; the facility is equipped with most of the equipments to assist the pro and the beginner to enjoy a healthy workout; it is clean and welcoming to all ages; with all the activities going inside the facility, the atmosphere is quiet and appealing to enjoy the workouts; the attendees allow you to blend in because they consist of a varied crowd that are seeking to improve their health; I enjoy my experience and recommend the place to all who wishes to do some if not much improvement to their health.
