I like all the different equipment you guys have, since I'm limited to what I can do, being mostly bionic (lot of Titanium hardware in my body). I love the Silver Sneakers water aerobics and the ladies that teach it. I've met some new people. Before joining the YMCA is basically just sit at home and talk to my fur babies 🤣.
I'm thinking about looking into the Silver Sneakers Zumba classes that you offer, I peaked in on a class to see what the class was like.
The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a small atmosphere that makes me feel comfortable.

Love Zumba Toning, Jump Start, & Silver Sneakers, not only for the exercise but also for the social connection! The potlucks are great when I am able to attend. OPAS volunteering has added a dear friend to my world as well for the past year.

We always enjoy the Y. Staff is friendly. Gym equipment is great too.
We live the Y for our family & appreciate the military discount. The swimming programs for the kids are awesome.
