The workers are friendly, they greet me as soon as I come in! I attend the silver sneakers and enjoy both instructors! The Y has available so much equipment, I feel like I could take advantage of a lot of different activities!

I am very impressed with the different Zumba classes and would highly recommend that if someone has any additional nterest in learning more that they call the Y and make arrangement to come and check the class out!!!!

I enjoy Water Fitness because it's fun to work out with other people. People in the class are friendly and the instructors are all talented. They make every class entertaining and teach us how each fitness exercise benefits our bodies
